Follow these EASY steps to joining or renewing your membership each year:
STEP #1: If you have NEVER registered on this site, fill out the Membership Dues Form. You will receive a confirmation email right away. Print out the email you receive (use it as receipt or an invoice if necessary) and send a copy of it with a check to the address at the top of the form. Then we will register and grant you access to the Coaches areas of the site.
Following your website registration, and after we receive your dues, you will be "authorized" to access the "Coaches Only" area of the site. You will receive another email notification giving you access.
STEP #2: If you registered last year, do NOT register again!!! If you forgot your password, click LOGIN and then click "Retrieve Password". If you forgot your Username, please email us and we'll send it to you.

STEP #3: Every year you must fill out and submit this form Membership Dues Form
You will receive a confirmation email. Print out this email and send it with a check to the address at the top of the form.
